Noah got his first truck!!!

 Schools out and Noah passed all his classes qualifying him to be able to get his truck. Yes if his grades drop he can’t drive it ;-). He doesn’t get his license until mid Nov when he turns 16 but like we did with Haley we let him get it early so he could practice driving it with us with him. And let me tell you this truck is a BEAST!! It’s 110% what he wanted and dreamt of but she’s a big one! 

Of course we had baseball all weekend so Clayton and Papa went up to get the truck while I got Noah to baseball. Clayton had gone up Friday morning and test drove it.

Pickleball City Champs!!

Our neighbors decided to start up an Alta Pickleball team last summer and we have loved it! In Dec another neighbor and I decided to captain the team and did some recruiting as well as strategic line ups and we started winning! We made it to playoffs after the spring season and after 3 rounds of playoffs made it to City Finals and took the WIN! Such a fun team and game! 

Naturally with all the grad and baseball craziness City Finals fell on the Monday after grad weekend. Thanks to Mimi for going out to practice with me some of Friday (before our hike) and again Monday morning along with Linda who were still in town until Tuesday.

This was our table. Apparently this is a big deal and we only heard about this Friday and matches were Monday but of course that was grad and baseball weekend craziness so thankfully other neighbors stepped up and did this for us!

Travel ball season has started!

Highschool ball is over and of course Noah’s first tournament was the weekend of Haley’s graduation! We made it to his very first game sat morning and then Papa stayed for his second game and then friends helped us out on Sunday (graduation ceremony day). Unfortunately Noah had to miss a good bit of the grad festivities but he was doing what he loves!

Since Mimi and Madi came into town early we were able to do some fun things also like a hike, pickleball and pool time while we thought about how we were going to decorate for the party =D

First Brody decided he wanted to go running with me that morning and ran 5 miles with a great pace and no breaks!! He’s getting ready for cross country this summer!

Haley Graduated!! Class of 2026!

 May was jam packed full of all things Senior!! We celebrated Haley big and had so many family and friends come to cheer her on the night before her graduation ceremony! So thankful for Mimi for jumping in and helping us plan this special party and coming into town early with Madi to help get setup, etc! 

These two are heard off Berry together! Started in daycare at 6 weeks together and now off to college!

Celebrated after the ceremony at Fish Tales on the lake! 

Since Haley went to two elementary schools she got to go back and do the senior walk with her old class mates at both!

Haley’s FFA banquet where she had to speak in front of everyone and did great!! Who would have thought that once shy girl would be standing up and speaking at her senior banquet?!? So proud of her!
