The Lichtenbergs lived here since 1995 when they moved to GA! In August we packed up this house (30 years of stuff….) donated over half the stuff, de junked and found them a new house which we moved them into 8/23!
Now the real work started…..this entire house (other than the basement) was basically flipped!! All new, floors through the entire house, all walls, ceilings and baseboards painted, full master bathroom remodel, all new lighting throughout the house, all new wall plate and outlet covers, shelves and new floors put into the laundry room, cedar columns put up on the front porch, wood rot fixed, 45 yards of mulch, plants, tree and bush trimmings!! This was a HUGE flip and it turned out AMAZING!!!! So well that it was on the market for one weekend with a ton of showings and two contacts by Monday morning for much more than asking price!
