Must be a full moon

First Haley got herself up dressed and ready for school like she normally does but on top of that she said she wanted to make her bed and pick up the media room before going to school! What?!?! Heck yeah!! 

Secondly Noah woke up this morning on his own (he doesn't have an alarm like Haley) and got himself completely undressed, picked out his own clothes and got himself completely dressed including socks and shoes! He even brushed his own hair. While brushing he said "I think I need a hair cut, it's sticking up" Noah fixed that and used some water to help push it down. Check out this stud!! :-D

Lastly after Brody's 6:30am feeding rather than staying awake like normal he decided he was still tired too and napped till 9:30am!! He's Mommys best napping buddy ;-)

Brody's 1 month old already :-( So sad how fast the time has gone. We love this little guy so much and thank God everyday for bringing him into our lives and allowing us to be his parents. 

1 month stats:

Weight - 8.15.5 lbs (20%)

Height - 21 inches (26%)

Head - 14 5/8 (54%)

Brody's gained 2lbs and grew 2 inches in only 1 month!! He's drinking approx 4oz every 3 hrs except at night where he usually gives me one 5 1/2 hr stretch!! Smart boy keeping his Mommy happy :-D 

Haley and Noah are really enjoying their new little brother and were even teaching him how to roll over. 

Thanks to Grandma for taking such great care of both Brody and Haley so that Clayton and I could enjoy some much needed time on the lake. Noah also got the opportunity to have some one on one time with Mommy, Daddy and Papa!

We also enjoyed the nice weather last weekend with a picnic lunch outside and a trip to the park!

Week days have been better with the kids back in school finally and Brody has enjoyed his stroller rides to the bus stop to get his big sis :-D

After a very dirty diaper and then an explosive dirty while I was trying to change him along with peeing on me twice during that time it provided the perfect opportunity for Brody to get his first full bath! He didn't really mind it too much in the beginning as he sucked on his fingers but then he was over it! 

Once wrapped up and warm he was much happier and even gave me a cute smile after getting dressed. 

Now we are finally getting to lay down together for that nap we had initially came upstairs to take. 

To bad he just peed in our bed and got his outfit all wet.....off to get changed again!! Good thing that was on Daddy's side of the bed...LOL!!!! :-D

Ok now we are changed and all set to nap!

Family time and ATL 2014 snow days!

Macy, Makayla, Peyton, Madi and Emmy Cate all got the chance to meet Brody last weekend!! Madi and Peyton were already in bed before this picture but all the cousins did a great job looking after their newest cousin :-)

 Bedtime story with Mimi!

It's been one crazy winter....the day Brody was born it snowed in ATL!! It hasn't done that in 3 years! The day Brody turned 1 week old it snowed again and the kids were out of school all week. The day Brody turned 3 weeks old it snowed again and this time several inches and then it iced as well. While it was great fun for a little but it has definitely been overwhelming having 3 kids to care for during my matter to leave as Clayton still had to work every day. Even when we were snowed in he locked himself in the room upstairs and was on calls all day :-( Thank goodness Papa has a 4 wheel drive truck and they live close enough that he was able to come assist me with all these crazy kids!!!

One last picture from today when Papa took both kids to church for us so we could stay home with Brody and watch church online until he's old enough to go to the nursery. It's so nice when your kids actually want to go to church. They were begging to go last night an thankfully Papa was up for the challenge! 

Now off to a relaxing night tonight as Mimi and Grandpa offered to have a sleepover with Haley and Noah since School is still closed for Presidents Day. I honestly can't believe how much Haley has not been to school this year! Unreal!!!

We just can't get enough of this new little guy in our lives!

She's the only photographer these kids actually get super excited about taking pictures with. Noah even said "Yeah...Pictures!!" Plus she does AMAZING work!!! 1 week old....

2 weeks and very serious in this picture :-)

While he hasn't really been crazy about a pacifier he does take them occasionally. Nothing like Haley did for sure and even Noah wanted his for a while too. 

Brody's first outing was to Costco to get Mommy a new case of wine since Daddy drank the entire case over the past 10 months. Don't worry Brody enjoyed seeing the big TVs there too, not just wine. To be consistent with Haley and Noah's first outing we also had to make a stop at Starbucks :-)

While Haley likes to talk about feeding Brody she's actually only done it a time or two and it wasn't very long before she lost interest. Hopefully this changes ;-)

Snuggle time with Mommy!!! Our favorite!

On Mimi's Birthday she hosted a Super Bowl party at her house. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Mimi!!! Brody was dressed and ready for his first visit to Mimis house and first football game :-) 

Pattie was able to love all over this little man too! 

At 2 wks old Brody is drinking around 2 1/2 oz every 3 hrs and we are doing a 4 1/2hr and another 4hr stretch through the nights! He's been a great baby so far....i sure hope he keeps that up. As of 13days old he was back to his birth weight 6.14lbs. He never went below 6.10lbs so he didn't have to gain to much.
