Kindergarten Round Up!

Our big Girl all ready and excited about Kindergarten Roundup!! First time on the BIG BUS!!!



Thankfully this time is just a practice
round and the parents ride along :-)



Haley did AWESOME!!! She did mention
while we were at the school that she didn't
want me to leave. I told her I would be with
the full time this time. She said No, I mean next
time when it's the real time :-(  I know she will
do Excellent though, she's more than ready for
this next step!!









  


She's spotted the bus coming to pick her up!!



Here it comes.......



Loving the bus ride! She asked if she could bring a book on her bus rides in the future....who is this kid??? I would have never thought of that! I told her absolutely, that was a great idea!



After a busy morning riding on the bus Haley got to spend the rest of the day with Papa just like they used to!!! They went to McDonald's for lunch and serious play time and then off to Barnes and Noble to read :-) My little book worm! Typically the next stop would have been Chick fil a for some ice cream but Haley decided to she wanted to see if Grandma was home instead. THANKS Papa for making the rest of Haley's day today so special!!

The Lichtenberg's are growing AGAIN!!!!

The Lichtenberg’s are growing AGAIN!!!! Baby #3 is on the way and should be here by the end of January 2014!! Haley and Noah are EXTREMELY excited about having another little sibling around here with them. We thought things were crazy with 2 kids.....we just keep adding to the FUN!!

Clayton and I found out the gender of baby #3 yesterday by having Haley and Noah open up a box full of gender colored balloons along with the ultra sound picture for proof as well :-) Thankfully the lady at Party City did a great job hiding it from me so I didn’t find out earlier than everyone else. Our parents, Sheryl and Peyton and Manace were also there and found out at the same time as us!

 

We found out we were expecting #3 near the end of our Family Hilton Head beach trip! This was one picture I didn't include in that post ;-D



First ultrasound of baby #3 at 8 wks! What a relief to see heart beat (150's) and that baby was doing great!




Our family votes just before the gender reveal!! Each person grabbed a Hershey's bar with the gender they thought this baby would be. Was so much fun having our family there and all finding out the gender together!!!



Get Ready.......BTW my vote was GIRL and Clayton's was BOY! Haley was praying for a baby sister and I don't think Noah really understood what was going on but Blue is his favorite color so I'm sure that's why he voted blue :-)

……..BABY #3 is a BOY!!!!!! Noah is VERY excited since our family is overwhelmed with girls these days! Haley seemed a little upset initially with the news as she was REALLY hoping for a baby sister however she’s quickly realizing all the cool things she’s going to get now being the only girl. First things first she gets to move into the guest bedroom with her own bathroom and decorate it all in girl colors :-) This will allow Noah and the baby to share a jack n jill bathroom. Now we just have to come up with a name for this Boy!

  



Well i can't seem to turn the picture BUT you can still clearly see this little man is a proud BOY!!! Heart rate was 154 and he was bouncing ALL over the place! He also had the hiccups which didn't help but gave a few waves and almost got his thumb in his mouth! So much fun watching them inside your belly. Freaky but Fun! Oh and he was measuring 2 days bigger already.....uh oh...hope this doesn't mean he's going to be even bigger than Noah was :-( Mommy likes small to average size babies ;-)



I have a video of us all opening the box however I need to get the cord to transfer it off of my Mom's video camera. I will post it soon!



Busy month of July with lots of new adventures!

Noah's very first day wearing Toy Story Big Boy Underwear to school!! He's sooo proud of himself! Since he has basically refused to use the potty at school until just recently we've not given this a thought but it was his idea so we are going with it! Fingers crossed!!!!

 was too high! Haley said "I do!!" HAHA
she couldn't wait to watch him go :-)

Noah's very first movie was to see Monster's University! They both really like Monster's Inc so what better to do on a rainy weekend? Thanks Mimi and Grandpa for coming with us!

We are SOOOO proud of Papa for being Baptized again this weekend!! Papa of course has been a member of the church his entire life and Very very involved however since he wanted to expand his volunteer work to another church that prefers full immersion for a Baptism vs. the sprinkling which Papa had had in the past he was DUNKED away!!! The kids LOVED LOVED watching Papa being Baptized! What a great thing for them to see and allow them to begin to ask many many questions about it! Noah's first comment was "Hey! That guy just pushed Papa in the water and got his shirt all wet! Let's get em!" HAHA We told him it was Papa's swim shirt so it was ok :-) He's a bit protective of his Papa as you can see! Haley was just loving it as if it was a show and her Papa was on TV :-D The kids have both watched this video no less than 500 times so far and they will show it to anyone they know (or don't know) and watch it with them! This is something we will all cherish our entire lives! Thanks for being such a great role model Papa!!

Happy 4th of July 2013!!

Noah was cracking us up at the Firework show he was so excited for them to get started and we kept asking him what the fireworks sound like and he'd say "BOOM, BOOM, BOOM!" We were hoping to prepare him. When they first got started he said this is cool! But then he quickly started saying "I don't like them, they to loud!" I think it's hilarious that he tried to tell the Sky to stop shooting off the fireworks :-) Luckily he was still super excited and enjoyed the 2nd round of fireworks more!

Our first round of Fireworks was a bit rainy but it stopped long enough for the fireworks show!

Round 2 of Fireworks on the Lake!!! It only rained on us once but we all still had a great time! We even spent the night out on the boat that night! Kids woke up the next morning asking if we were going to stay the night out again :-)
