I'm thinking this was probably my most favorite Easter so far!!!! The kids excitement on their face when they woke up and saw that the Easter Bunny had visited was priceless! It was like Christmas morning excitement but with less presents. We woke up to Haley running down the hallway into our room and got right up in my face and said "Mommy! Guess what the Easter Bunny left in my BEEDDD?!?!" She held the egg about 1cm from my nose and said "An Egg....HA!!!" Then she ran back out and quickly gathered another 15 before I could get up and tell her to save some for Noah for when he woke up. She could hardly stand the wait...she'd ask me every 30 seconds "when is Noah going to wake up?" Of course he was up ALL night long the night before (literally 1am - 9am) due to an ear infection so he was sleeping in Easter morning. We ended up letting Haley find all the eggs that were upstairs other than the ones in Noah's room and then once he woke up we brought them both downstairs to finish looking for the eggs and to see what the Easter Bunny had also left for them.

Noah spotted his new big blue ball immediately and that was his main focus the rest of the time. All he could say was "ball, ball, ball, ball, ball" all the way till we got to the bottom of the stairs and i put him down then he ran and screamed like a girl until he got his and Haley's new balls!!!!!

He was THRILLED to say the least...LOL. It actually worked out well, Haley was able to collect almost all of the eggs herself while Noah played with both of their balls :-) Next we were off to Church which Haley loves and Noah is quickly learning to love! I just love Easter Sunday service! It's been a rough few weeks with Noah and Sunday school but he's finally starting to adjust so we are super excited!

Finally we headed to Sheryl and Ryan's house for lunch with the entire family!

It worked out perfectly as their neighborhood had a huge egg hunt, pictures with the Easter Bunny

(Wait...I've seen this picture before but it was a man with a red suit LOL!) and a petting zoo!!!! Haley was in heaven holding this little bunny! Precious! I thought fo

r sure

Noah would freak with all the animals but he actually wanted me to put him down and he pet them too! Once all the festivities were coming to an end we headed back home and Haley hid 100 eggs outside with the neighborhood kids and then she hid them inside one more time before bed. This girl loves egg hunts!

We finished off the night with big chocolate bunnies right after dinner!!

Both Haley and Noah had egg hunts the Friday before Easter at school!

It was a great way to get them warmed up and ready for the big event! Thanks to Papa and Mimi for snapping some pictures of the events!

Haley and Noah both got a much needed hair cut! Thanks to Papa and Grandma for taking one for the team and taking Noah!!

He hates to get his cut and screams the entire time but in the end he looks so cute!

Other random pictures of Family time over the past few weeks and the kiddos pretending they are riding on boats and the floor is water & quality reading time together. Apparently they drove to Barnes and Noble...haha!
