Casual February weekend at the Lichtenberg House

Thanks to the Hill Family Haley and Noah now have a new favorite game that they like to play! They stand on the rug with their own bouncy balls and say "ready, set, go"....and throw the balls and chase after them. I love the look on Noah's face in this picture, he is listening very intently to his Big Sister :-) Almost like he's saying "put me in Coach!" They really are best friends! I pray every single day that they always remain best friends.

Noah seems to have a common gene that he shares with Makayla and Macy......he loves his accessories! LOL! Of course they are cool/boy accessories but he loves to wear his vests, shoes and his hats (baseball caps and FSU toboggan!) If they happen to fall off while he's playing he will bring it over to us to put it back on.
If we happen to walk away with the hat he will freak out and start crying so don't walk away with this boys accessories...HA he wants to look cool!

Haley got to stay at Mimi's house last night so while she was away Noah was all about playing all over her chair! Actually he just likes to use it as a way to get up on the ottoman so that he can walk around up there and plop himself down. A bit of a wild child but so cute and funny to watch! So here's how it goes....1. Almost up there but usually struggles to get his feet over the chair. 2. Finally makes it up there and is very proud of himself. 3. Heading back over the chair to get back down (the fun way) and then starts all over again!

Noah's 15 Month Update!

Man......I just remember after talking with my friend Manace that I never posted Noah's 15 month update. Life is cruising by way to fast these days! Stats are as follows:

Weight - 23.2lbs (60%)
Height - 31 1/2 inches (60%)
Head - 18 3/4 inches (70%)

Also here are a few pictures of Noah enjoying the beautiful weather here today with Grandma and Papa!! Ok ok......so maybe we need to finally invest into some boy colors around here...HA! I'm sure Noah will soon be waaayyy over the color pink. For now he's really enjoying all his new rides though! AND......what better way to make a pink four wheeler "manly" than riding it backwards!!!! That right there shows you Noah's personality with just one picture :-)
One last picture I wanted to post is of Clayton taking the kids on the merry go round at the mall this past weekend. Noah is not a fan but of course Haley thinks its one of the best things in the world! Love this picture because Haley is sad to be getting off and Noah is finally smiling because he is getting off....LOL!

Noah's first coffee table crash.....

I'm sure that this will be one of many but wanted to be sure to document it on my blog. The evening started out so great and the kids were having a wonderful time playing, hugging and dancing together! It was so cute and Clayton and I were just sitting back and watching them enjoy a carefree life when all of a sudden the dancing stopped and the crying started. Noah decided he was thirsty from all that dancing and went to get his milk cup off the coffee table and tripped just before it and smacked his head right on the wrought iron leg of the table...OUCH! We heard it hit and knew when we flipped him over it wasn't going to be pretty. He had a dark purple line immediately come down the middle of his forehead and it quickly swelled up to a nice big bump. Of course this all had to happen 45 minutes past his normal bed time so he was already exhausted! I didn't want to just go put him to bed without having him checked out so we headed to the new Children's Hospital near by for a quick check before they closed at 9pm. Otherwise it would have been a trip all the way down to Atlanta. Thankfully Grandma and Papa live so close by and were at the house within minutes to watch Haley so that we could just take Noah. Once we got to Children's his head was actually looking much better but since we were already there we figured we'd get him checked out just to be safe! Noah had a great time climbing all over the seats and watching the cheerleaders that were there for some ankle issues. By the end of the checkup Noah was so hot and sweaty from the crying Clayton decided to fix his hair which cooled him off....HAHA! Noah checked out just fine and we just had to wake him about every 2 hours to make sure he was alert and knew who we were, etc. By morning he was back to his busy self and off to school!

Baby Jackson Hipps is here!!! Double pink eye for Noah...

Jackson Hipps made his arrival on 2/9/11 at 5:52pm!! Big boy was 8lbs 10oz and 21 inches long!!! Manace, Jason and Jackson are all doing wonderful and loving on this little boy like crazy!!!! CONGRATS Manace and Jason he is absolutely precious!!!

Love this picture of Noah waiting at the Physician Immediate Med place yesterday to get eye drops for double pink eye! He also has an upper respiratory thing but they didn't give him any meds for that. He's such a big boy and was keeping himself busy checking out the place. By the way Noah put on his vest all by himself....haha! He's like his cousin Makayla and loves his accessories whether it's his vest, ski cap, etc.

The kids have a new appreciation for grocery shopping now that they realize they can both drive the car (cart) while shopping! Noah's made the car noises the entire time (vroooom vroom)!! Such a boy!

Random pictures from my phone (camera is currently having issues)

Haley and Noah's favorite thing to do in the mornings! They just love sitting at their little table in the media room and sharing a bowl of cheerios together with some milk :-)

Mimi's Birthday!! Noah truly thought that bite was coming his way and quickly realized the fork went straight over his head into Mimi's mouth...ha! Luckily there was plenty more for him to enjoy.

A quick stroll with Grandpa before heading to Mimi's Birthday dinner! Such a cute picture.
