She's almost here!

I realize i have slacked this week and I'm a little late with my posting, but its been a crazy week! Apparently our little Haley would like to see the world a little sooner than we were planning! After going to the hospital and getting some medicine to slow my contractions down the Dr.'s still seem to think she will probably be here in a couple of weeks rather than going full term. All they could say was how excited she was. They did an ultra sound and said she looks fantastic and weighs approx. 5lbs and 6 ounces but that is just an estimate. We will keep you posted on our progress!

On Saturday September 22nd i was given my first baby shower by my two sisters Sheryl & Melissa and my friend Stacey (Aunt Manace). It was such a wonderful experience to have all my friends and family around to celebrate this special time in our lives. It made it all feel so much more real and that our baby girl would soon be here. Of course the food and gifts were absolutely amazing and we feel so grateful to have such wonderful friends and family supporting us.

Getting Ready for Bath Time!

Haley's bathroom is almost complete! She still needs a few essentials like bath towels, shampoo, soap, etc but the decorating piece of it is basically complete. As i promised...here are a couple pictures of the bathroom. I hope she likes Monkey's! We decided to do the bathroom in all the colors (blue, green, pink, etc) since her room already has a lot of pink. One half of the bathroom has blue and green and the other half is pink! We have another Dr. appt. this Thursday and our first baby shower this weekend! She weighs 4 1/2 lbs this week!

FSU's smallest fan is almost ready to watch her first game!

Thanks to Haley's Grandparents (Lichtenberg's) she has all her game day gear ready for her first game once she arrives!
Our Dr. Appt last week went great. Dr. said everything looks great and she is measuring right on time. She is 4 lbs this week! While the nurse was trying to detect her heart beat she kicked the monitor off my belly! After the dr. chased her around a bit they were able to hear her heart beat and it was great! She just likes to play :)
We have been working on her bathroom this weekend! We still have a few final touches and then i will post a picture.

Our first blog!

Welcome to our first blog! We will do our best to post frequent baby pictures once baby Lichtenberg is here! We are planning to name her Haley Michelle Lichtenberg.

Today we are 31 weeks and she is about 3 1/2 pounds this week and around 17 inches! Her room is almost ready for her arrival! She is definitely an active baby....always moving! We have started our two week Dr. vists and have our next one this friday so stay tuned!
